Have you ever left hidden messages in your poems?

Hi everyone. I've been thinking recently about how to encrypt something special and personal in poetry. Has anyone here ever tried leaving hidden messages or codes in their poems? I want to record something important... but in a way that keeps it personal.

Interesting thought! What exactly do you want to encrypt?

There's a special place I'd like to preserve for eternity. Something... important to me.

Try hiding the coordinates of that place! Use imagery as clues. Numbers in coordinates hide well behind images of elements that contain numbers. Something that makes sense to you.

Great idea with the coordinates! The key is to make the poem beautiful on its own, with the code as a bonus for the initiated.

Thank you all for such wonderful advice! I love the idea with coordinates and imagery! I'll try to create something beautiful that will keep my secret. I'll experiment with numbers and images.
